 Paytx Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "Paytx" mobile application (the "App") developed by Prefinpay ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.   

2. No Data Collection or Sharing

2.1 Commitment to Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Paytx is designed with a strong focus on user privacy and data security.

2.2 No Personal Data Collection: Paytx does not collect any personal information from you, including but not limited to: * Your name * Email address * Phone number * Location data * Device information (e.g., device model, operating system) * Transaction history * Payment details (e.g., card numbers, bank account information)

2.3 No Data Sharing: We do not share any data with third parties, including: *Advertising networks* Analytics providers * Social media platforms * Government agencies

2.4 Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the security of any information that may be temporarily stored on your device for the sole purpose of facilitating in-app functionality (e.g., temporary storage of payment information for a single transaction).

3. App Usage

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the server or network connected to the App, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.   

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.   

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.   

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi.
